Vermutazo Buenos Aires Saturday 15 — 1 to 6 p.m.La Fuerza (Dorrego 1409, Chacarita)Entry starts at ARS $35,000, can be purchased online More than 20 producers of vermouth are gathering together at La Fuerza in celebration of the Vermutazo. The event includes open tastings with more than 60 vermouth labels to try. There will be food, music and DJs. Tickets are limited, so if you’re interested, make sure to snag yours fast. Oasis pre-show gathering Saturday 15 — 3 to 6 p.m.Mons Hostel (Azcuénaga 1896, Recoleta)Free entry This pre-show gathering organized by Las Argies — who host regular events and tours aimed at expats and tourists — honors the iconic return of Oasis. Regardless of if you’re Team Liam or Team Noel, come join with other fans who have been waiting for this moment since the day they broke up. You’ll be in good company of others who will be crying before the first chord hits. Spend a few hours of pure Oasis mania before heading to the show. Food and drinks are available for purchase at the pre-party. Las Argies are also helping to coordinate rides to the concert, so contact them if you’d like to share a ride. Jewish Cooking and Theater Festival This iconic festival returns to Buenos Aires with special sessions blending theater, food, music, and conversation. There are two performances left — this Sunday and Sunday November 30. It’s a merging of performing arts, Jewish cuisine and conversation, each event features a play, a themed menu, live music, and a discussion space. “La Papa” is a show based on a real-life story that explores sisterhood and faith, the event will be accompanied by dishes from chef Liliana Helueni — a menu of reinterpreted Jewish culinary classics with a modern twist. Each session includes live klezmer music and post-show discussions.
